Introduction
Fhon built the FiLIt application. This Privacy Policy informs users of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for anyone who uses FiLIt.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the FiLIt service or as required by applicable law. When your data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
Account-related data is retained for the duration of your active use of the application. Crash logs and analytics data are typically retained for no more than 12 months.
Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights:

- We will process your request within 30 days
Upon a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove your personal data from our systems, except where retention is required by law.

Fhon values your trust in using FiLIt. We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children's Privacy
FiLIt is not directed to children under the age of 13. Fhon does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
